You’ve taken the time and energy to book a magical photo shoot for your precious family. You’re always BEHIND the camera and if you’re anything like me, not in many photos. This is your sign to get in those photos with your babies! Regardless of the type of session from newborn to milestone, please, please make sure to include yourself. It’s the perfect opportunity to look fantastic and have a beautiful portrait made of you and your baby!

I love to focus on the emotional connections while photographing moms and babies. There’s nothing more gorgeous than a mama and her baby snuggling and being playful. This produces the most beautiful expressions when moms aren't looking directly at the camera and are focused on their little one. Is there anything more endearing than a mama looking at her baby?

Dads! I haven’t forgotten about you! You bring the joy, fun and laughter into our homes! You lift our babies, fly them around the room making ridiculously, hilarious noises and fill the room with laughter! We want you in the photos too! Your babies are going to want to see their how young and handsome their daddies were when they were little! So jump in those photos! It doesn’t have to be staged or perfectly posed! Just get in and play with your babies! They will be so grateful you did!

Sweet Chloe has such a vibrant personality and loved showing all of her expressions for her cake smash! She was such a gentle, happy baby and was such a joy to photograph! Just look at that little wrinkled nose! She had me smiling so much that my cheeks hurt by the end of our session! Mom and I coordinated an all white session for Chloe’s cake smash and together created timeless vision to capture this moment in Chloe’s life. Cake smashes are usually booked one to two months prior to baby’s first birthday. This will allow time for us to plan, have our session, edit the images and order products for baby’s first birthday.
